Bitcoin Per Share
Bitcoin per share (BPS) refers to the amount of bitcoin represented by each share of equity in a company or business, whether private or public.
Why does it matter?
BPS may help investors gauge the exposure a company's equity has to bitcoin. A higher BPS means more bitcoin backing each share, which could appeal to investors seeking bitcoin exposure through traditional equity markets. A high BPS may also be a sign of prudence and adequate risk management in a context of persistently high inflation.
